For example sex without a condom or when a condom broke, sharing needles, or a needle-stick injury, with someone whose HIV status is positive or unknown. Your doctor will assess your risk with you.
Is PEP guaranteed to work?
Nothing is 100% effective, but PEP greatly lowers the risk of HIV when it's started early and completed as your doctor advises.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Your visit and results are private, and you'll speak with a doctor in English.
Do your doctors speak English?
Yes. Every visit is with a bilingual doctor, and your medical record and invoice are written in English.
How do I book, and how fast can I be seen?
Book online in a couple of minutes and pay securely, or message us on WhatsApp. A doctor confirms your appointment shortly, usually within minutes. We're open 24/7 and work by appointment.
Will my insurance pay for it?
You pay us directly, then claim from your travel or international health insurance. We give you a detailed medical record in English and an itemized invoice, and we help with your claim.
